RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Epic Pickleball. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding.

  1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns of all products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be not altered or modified, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a restocking fee.
  2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@epicpickleballpro.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping and Handling Fees Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with their returns, unless the item(s) received were defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your package.
  4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  5. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@epicpickleballpro.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s) for a replacement or refund. We will also cover the shipping and handling fees associated with your return.
  6. Exchanges At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
  7. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns of final sale items, gift cards, or personalized items.
